Cheese Buldak

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, skinless & boneless, cut into cubes
  • 1 pack grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500ml chicken stock

The Marinade

  • 5 tbsp gochugaru
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Korean rice syrup/ honey
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 thumb sized piece ginger minced
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped into rings

Method

Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken and marinate for an hour if you can. If you are short on time, go ahead and start cooking.
