Stir Fried Pork Belly and Kimchi

One of the quickest and easiest mid-week dinners to make! What's better than a super simple, no nonsense stir-fry?

Ingredients

  • 5 slices of skin-off pork belly
  • 200g kimchi, chopped
  • 1 small white onion, sliced
  • 5 spring onions, roughly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
  • Vegetable oil 

Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp gochujang
  • 2 Tbsp  gochugaru 
  • 1 ½  Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 ½  Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

Method

Prep your onion, garlic and spring onions as per the ingredients list.
