Ingredients

  • 300g cooked rice
  • 10g dashi powder
  • 100g bacon lardons
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 spring onions, sliced (white and green parts separated)
  • 1 tbsp sake (optional)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Method

• In a small bowl, sprinkle dashi powder over the cooked rice. Chop the spring onions and bacon into small pieces. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble. Next, add the rice and fry for a few minutes, making sure to break up any large clumps. Remove from the pan or wok.
